SC: Mandatory drug testing sa mga kandidato, labag sa Konstitusyon

Sinabi ng Korte Suprema na labag sa Saligang-batas ang mandatory drug testing para sa mga kandidato sa eleksyon.

Ayon sa tagapagsalita ng high court, hindi nakasaad sa Saligang-batas ang nasabing requirement para makatakbo sa halalan.
