Filipino-Canadian singer Peyton Garcia delves into a romantic attraction with his newly released upbeat single “Tension,” launched under ABS-CBN’s StarPop label.
In an Instagram post, he gave a glimpse into the making of “Tension,” blending piano, saxophone, guitar, and drums sounds. This track follows his debut release “Vanilla Bean” from last March.
Penned by Peyton himself, the song was produced and arranged by Michael Cursebox, under the supervision of producer and StarPop label head Roque “Rox” Santos.
Hailing from Toronto, Peyton finds joy in expressing his emotions and narratives through music. His journey includes tours across Canada and the United States, song recordings, and music videos, with features on platforms like ET Canada, as a former “Mini Pop Kids” member.
During the pandemic, Peyton initiated the Virtual Reality Show (VCR), an online platform showcasing local youth talents. Additionally, he explored acting, landing roles in Amazon Prime and Nickelodeon series, TV commercials, and Musical Theatre productions.
