Kinumpirma ni Justice Secretary Crispin Remulla na iniimbestigahan nila ngayon si dating Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte kaugnay sa issue ng umano’y extrajudicial killings sa ilalim ng war on drugs ng nakaraang administrasyon.

Ayon kay Remulla, tinitingnan nila ang hiwalay na kaso na isasampa laban sa dating Pangulo dito sa bansa.
