Nilinaw ng Korte Suprema na labag sa Konstitusyon ang pagpapasailalim sa mandatory drug testing ang mga kakandidato sa halalan.

Ayon kay SC spokesperson Atty. Camille Ting, hindi nakasaad sa Saligang Batas ang nasabing requirement para makatakbo sa eleksyon.
