Riyadh, Saudi Arabia — Lito Villanueva, Executive Vice President and Chief Innovations and Inclusion Officer of Rizal Commercial Banking Corporation (RCBC), met with Chargé d’Affaires Rommel Romato at the Philippine Embassy in Riyadh.
The discussion centered on RCBC’s partnership with the Department of Migrant Workers, which aims to enhance financial inclusion for overseas Filipino workers (OFWs). The initiative seeks to provide millions of OFWs access to responsible digital financial services, expanding beyond traditional remittances.
Villanueva underscored the importance of this collaboration in empowering Filipinos abroad to manage their finances through secure digital platforms, a move designed to strengthen the economic stability of OFW families.
