The Philippine Red Cross (PRC) on Monday said their volunteers are ready to be deployed to communities affected by Mt. Kanlaon’s eruption, and they have mobilized assets like a water tanker and disaster food truck to provide people clean water and meals.
“Our dedicated Red Cross With unwavering commitment, our team has mobilized and is on high alert, ensuring that assistance will be delivered promptly and efficiently to affected communities,” the PRC said.
The PRC’s resources, combined with the strength and compassion of their volunteers, reflects their mission to alleviate suffering and provide hope in times of disaster.
“As we continue to monitor the situation closely, we remain steadfast in our promise to serve those in need. Together, let us stand united and ready to extend a helping hand to our fellow communities during this challenging time,” the PRC concluded.
