Inihayag ng Philippine National Police na wala pa itong natatanggap na anomang request o pakikipag-ugnayan mula sa International Criminal Court.

Kasunod ito ng ulat sa posibleng paglalabas na ng arrest warrant ng icc laban sa mga personalidad na iniuugnay sa drug war ng Duterte Administration.
