Plano ni Senator Koko Pimentel na manawagan sa executive branch para hilingin ang muling pagbabalik ng Pilipinas bilang kasapi ng International Criminal Court.

Ito ay matapos na kumalas sa naturang treaty o kasunduan ang bansa sa nakaraang administrasyon ni dating Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte.
