The filing of certificates of candidacy for the National and Local Elections (NLE) 2025 is on its fifth day on Saturday, October 5.
A total of 18,280 elective posts will be up for grabs for Eleksyon 2025, with breakdown as follows:

- City mayor — 149
- City vice-mayor — 149

- Municipal Vice-Mayor — 1,493
- Member, Sangguniang Bayan — 11,948
- BARMM, Members of the Parliament — 25
- BARMM, Party Representatives — 40
