In April 2023, Jamie Foxx’s daughter Corinne Foxx revealed that her dad had been hospitalized for an undisclosed “medical condition” after experiencing a “medical complication.”
Jamie himself did not discuss his medical condition until July, when he posted an emotional video to Instagram explaining that he “went through something” he thought he would “never, ever go through.”
But on Saturday, Jamie decided to open up as he spoke to a crowd of people in downtown Phoenix, Arizona, where he revealed that the whole thing started with a “bad headache.” He said that the last thing he could remember was asking a friend for an Advil, then he woke up 20 days later.
The onlooker who filmed the video posted it to TikTok and added in the caption: “Saw @Jamie Foxx in downtown Phoenix today. He said April 11th 2023 he had a bad headache and asked a friend for an Advil. Woke up 20 days later with no memory of what happened😢🙏🏽His resilience is truly inspiring.”
