His predecessor, Senator Juan Miguel ‘Migz’ Zubiri, stepped down after the camp of President Bongbong Marcos was reportedly displeased that Zubiri allowed hearings on the PDEA leaks that supposedly tagged Marcos in illegal drug activity.
