During a guest appearance on Fast Talk with Boy Abunda on 9 May, Dantes refuted the allegations, “Wala po,” he said. “Hindi po totoo.” Facing a personal issue, the 43-year-old actor felt the weight of his loved ones’ concern. This, along with his own internal debate, made him consider ending the issue “I have a responsibility dito sa aking mga mahal sa buhay,” he said. “I have a responsibility sa aking pamilya, ‘di ba, to clear things like this. Because I love my wife, I love my family very much, my kids. That’s why I’m saying that it is not true,” Dingdong clarified.
