A graduate of the University of Mindanao-Davao City achieved the highest score in the real estate brokers licensure examination held earlier this month.
According to the Professional Regulation Commission, 1,337 out of 1,758 passed the exam, given by the Board of Real Estate in testing centers in Metro Manila, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Lucena and Tacloban.
John Joseph Zosa Kagatan of UM-Davao was the topnotcher with a score of 92.25%, while the best-performing school with 50 or more examinees is the Information and Communication Technology Academy, with 55 of its 58 test takers passing.
