All the New Dishes to Enjoy at Tipsy Pig: Fried Oysters, Sizzling Bulalo, and More!

Tipsy Pig just launched exciting new dishes to its menu that are perfect for sharing with friends and family!

All these new additions to the Tipsy Pig menu are so hearty that if you come in with an empty stomach, you’re certain to leave satiated, satisfied, and with your belt a tad bit tighter. It’s probably best that you forget about getting that summer bod for a while because you cannot say no to these delicious meals!

Here are all the new dishes you can now try at Tipsy Pig:

Butteryaki Oyster

The Butteryaki Oysters (PHP 370) are so addicting as they’re definitely not your ordinary oyster platter. These crispy fried oysters have a great balance of sweetness, saltiness, and spiciness with the ponzu butter garlic sauce and wasabi mayo. Fair warning: you’re going to have a difficult time sharing this around the table.

BBQ Chicken Salad

Here’s a new addition to Tipsy Pig’s list of greens! The BBQ Chicken Salad (PHP 299) features grilled chicken, chopped romaine lettuce, corn, and tomatoes, all of which are drizzled with ranch dressing and a flavorful BBQ sauce.

Chili Butter Pasta

This one’s for all pasta lovers who want to try something new and unique. The Chili Butter Pasta (P449) is sure to surprise you with all its different components and flavors as it’s made with chili soy butter and topped with parmesan cheese and golden boneless fried chicken. Don’t be too intimidated to try this out; you won’t regret it!

Grilled Prawns in Curry

Love prawns? Then you’ll fall in love with this new dish. This plate features delicious grilled prawns cooked in homemade curry sauce and coconut cream (PHP 595). It has just the right amount of kick that won’t burn your tongue!

Bulgogi Short Rib

Tipsy Pig is no stranger to creating Korean fusion dishes and this Bulgogi Short Rib (PHP 1,150) is the latest addition to the growing list! This 8-hour slow-roasted bulgogi beef short rib is perfect for two and sits on top of a bed of kimchi rice and a spicy Korean coleslaw on the side. This dish also comes with a variety of sauces including gochujang and Bulgogi sauce! Truly one of our favorites in the new menu.

Roast Pork Platter

We’re going to say this now: you absolutely cannot leave Tipsy Pig without trying the new Roast Pork Platter (PHP 749). You’ll be greeted with rows of perfectly crispy and juicy roast pork belly, savory soy sauce and ginger scallion sauce, lettuce, and pickled onions, all of which can be shared by two to three people. This dish is so good that you’ll honestly have to stop yourself from eating everything!

Sizzling Bulalo

A special spotlight has to be given to this sinfully delicious Sizzling Bulalo (PHP 749). This dish features a slow-cooked Beef Short Plate in Bulalo gravy, served in a sizzling plate with not one but two roasted bone marrows, as well as corn cob, french beans, and cabbage. This is also good for sharing!

Butter Roast Chicken

The Butter Roast Chicken (PHP 489) is also easily one of our favorites in the new menu. It includes half of a buttered roast chicken with grilled cabbage in cream sauce and served with a choice of herb rice or mashed potatoes.

Triple Chop

This one’s for the meat lovers! The Triple Chop (PHP 599) includes three grilled chipotle pork chops served with Tipsy Pig’s Carolina Gold BBQ sauce, cilantro lime grilled corn, and your choice between mashed potatoes or java rice.

Ice Cream Nachos

This new dessert is perfect to indulge in all summer long! The Ice Cream Nachos feature Tipsy Pig’s signature Tipsy Torts served warm and with scoops of ice cream (your choice between Mantecado or Cheese) which are topped with Pinipig, Caramel, and Chocolate syrup. This dessert will surely keep you coming back for more!
