Red Sea Carnage During Ramadan? Houthi Rebels Promise ‘More Surprises’ After First Fatal Attack

Spread the love

Yemen’s Houthi rebels, who have caused mayhem in the Red Sea, have warned of “more surprises” as they clarified their attacks would continue during Muslim holy month of Ramadan. The Iran-backed militant group claimed that the future attacks would force Israel and its western allies to meet their demands which include ending war in Gaza and increasing humanitarian aid to the besieged Palestinian strip. Houthis last week announced that they have so far targeted over 60 ships since November 2023.
