Houthi Missiles Hit Liberia Flagged Ship In Gulf OF Aden; watch THEIR hard hitting message to west

Spread the love

Houthi rebels launched a missile attack on the Liberia-flagged vessel MSC Sky II in the Gulf of Aden on March 4, resulting in two explosions that heavily damaged the ship. The targeted strikes, following the recent sinking of the UK’s Rubymar, mark the latest in a series of assaults by the rebels on international ships navigating the Red Sea. Images from the scene depict thick smoke billowing from the attacked vessel, although the crew managed to contain the fire without casualties. These attacks have prompted concerns about global shipping disruptions, with companies rerouting vessels to avoid the volatile region, potentially leading to longer and more expensive voyages around Southern Africa.
