Glass litters pavement after bus crashes near Oxford Street | News

Glass and debris littered the pavement after a double-decker bus crashed into a building in central London on Tuesday, 5 March.

Police were called at 10:16am to reports of the incident in New Oxford Street, near Tottenham Court Road.

Two fire engines and fire and rescue units from Soho, Euston, and Battersea fire stations went to the scene.

Two people were treated for injuries by the London Ambulance Service.

One patient was taken to hospital and the other was discharged at the scene.

No major injuries were sustained, it is understood.
