Diego Loyzaga admitted that Sofia Andres is his TOTGA or the one that got away.
In the “Truth or Dare” segment on Aiko Melendez’s interview vlog, the model-actor revealed that among the actresses he was linked to, he considered Sofia to be his TOTGA.

“Barbie Imperial, Franki Russell, Sofia Andres, Julia Montes, sino sa kanila ang matuturing mong the one that got away?” Aiko asked. He immediately answered, “Sofia Andres.”
Although he didn’t provide further details about their previous relationship, he emphasized that he made a really big mistake with the actress.
“Kasi ang laki talaga ng pagkakamali ko dun kay Sofia. I wish it didn’t happen. I’m very open naman about it, that I made a really big mistake. I was a kid. I was 20 or 21 years old,” he said.
Diego also reiterated that he’s happy for and proud of Sofia as she successfully achieved what she wanted in life.
“I’m so proud. I’m so happy for her. I remember when we were together pa, the things that she has now, yun yung mga binabanggit niya nung time na yun na sana magkaroon siya, and she has everything now.”

He even recalled the last time he saw his former on-screen partner and girlfriend, “I remember the last time I saw her. I went to where she was, and I tried to seek closure. This was a long time ago.”
The two starred together in the 2017 TV series “Pusong Ligaw” and 2018 film “Mama’s Girl.” They didn’t confirm their relationship until their breakup.
In 2023, Diego revealed that he has a daughter, Hailey, whom he shared with yoga instructor and teacher Alexis Suapengco. He clarified that their relationship has “no label.”
Meanwhile, Sofia is in a long-term relationship with her non-showbiz boyfriend, Daniel Miranda. They welcomed their first child, Zoe, in 2019.
