JUST IN: The official Facebook page of the Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) fell victim to a hacking incident on Monday, 26 February 2024.

The Coast Guard Public Affairs (CGPAS) reported that an unidentified entity
breached the page’s security measures.PCG spokesperson, Rear Admiral Armand Balilo, revealed that two malicious videos were posted during the breach, and attempts to delete them were hindered by a forced account switch notification.
