Queen Camilla was spotted smiling on her way to visit the King for the fourth time as he continues to recover from prostate surgery.
Camilla was seen in a black Audi car on the way to the central London hospital where Charles has spent two nights.

Charles was admitted on Friday and visited his daughter-in-law, the Princess of Wales, who is also at the hospital recovering from successful abdominal surgery.
It is not known how long the monarch will stay at the hospital.
Buckingham Palace said last week that Charles, 75, would undergo the procedure for a benign condition which was common among men over 50.

What are the symptoms of an enlarged prostate and how is it treated?
The announcement that King Charles III was admitted to a private hospital Friday to undergo a procedure for an enlarged prostate has sparked interest in what is an extremely common condition among older men.
The 75-year-old monarch is in good company. About half of men in their 50s have enlarged prostates and that prevalence climbs to more than 80% of men by the time they reach age 80.

Harry calls for action over allegations of abuse at his African charity
Prince Harry has raised concerns about alleged human rights abuses committed by park rangers working for a conservation organisation he has links to.
The Duke of Sussex has “escalated” the “serious allegations” of abuses by guards who work for African Parks, a conservation NGO on whose board of directors the duke serves, after they were made to him in May by Survival International, a human rights organisation.
A Mail on Sunday investigation alleges guards working for the organisation have subjected indigenous peoples to a range of human rights abuses.
