Families of over a dozen Israelis held captive by Hamas in Gaza camped in tents outside PM Benjamin Netanyahu’s private residence in the coastal town of Caesarea. The protesters demanded that Netanyahu speak to them and reach a new deal with Hamas securing the hostages. A statement from the Hostage Families’ forum read – “The days of grace in which you dragged your feet are over. We’ve begged you for 105 days, and now we are demanding — stop the executions of the hostages.” This comes amid reported rift in the Israeli war cabinet over a potential deal to rescue the captives.
