Greek bulk carrier newest target by Houthi rebels in Red Sea

A Greek-owned vessel has become the latest cargo ship targeted in the Red Sea.

US military officials have meanwhile announced they have seized a number of Iranian weapons bound for Houthi rebels.

Trade through the vital shipping lane has been massively disrupted with the rebel group carrying out dozens of attacks in the Red Sea.

None of the 22 crew onboard the Greek vessel were injured from the attack.

As a result of the recent Houthi attacks, Shell indefinitely suspended all shipments through the Red Sea.
