There’s been a dramatic and dangerous escalation in the war in the Middle East, with British and American warplanes bombing Houthi rebels in Yemen, one of the region’s most active supporters of Hamas.
The strikes were surgical and severe, hitting key military targets, aimed at crippling the rebels’ ability to disrupt international shipping off its coast.
