Iginiit ng Armed Forces of the Philippines na walang katotohanan ang kumakalat pa ring usapin sa umano’y destabilization plot laban sa pamahalaan ng ilang retiradong opisyal ng militar.

Ayon sa AFP, nananatili silang tapat sa konstitusyon at kung mayroon mang tumututol sa gobyerno ay hindi ito sumasalamin sa buong organisasyon.
