Empress Shuck revealed she suffered a miscarriage through an Instagram post. The actress-model shared black and white photos of a sonogram with two embryos dated November 2023 and positive pregnancy tests.
“This year, we would’ve been a family of four or even five. From two embryos, to one, then to none,” she wrote.
The 30-year-old added, “I’m still not sure how to talk about it. I just know that sometimes our plans for ourselves don’t align with God’s plans for us.”
She expressed her gratitude to her husband, Vino Guingona, whom she called “God’s blessing” for being with her through the “puzzling experience.” Empress concluded her post by thanking their families, who showed them care and love.
In the comments section, celebrities Melissa Ricks, Sue Ramirez, Jason Abalos, and Iya Villania sent their support and comfort to the couple.

Empress and Vino got married in 2021. They welcomed their firstborn, Athalia, in 2015.
