Israeli army losses: Netanyahu says war exacting a heavy price

Israel’s Prime Minister has criticised the economy minister – for saying not enough was being done to protect the lives of troops.
Benjamin Netanyahu has vowed to continue the war despite mounting military casualties.
At least 157 soldiers have been killed since Israel began its ground invasion of Gaza.
