TOP 1 (Most Wanted Person) of Project 6 Police Station 15, QCPD falls

After about 19 years of hiding, the long arm of the law finally caught up with a rape suspect who was listed by Project 6 Police Station 15, QCPD as its Top 1 Most Wanted Person.

The suspect identified as Charlie Pallega y Bediones, 37 years old, native of Bicol with present address at Yagit Street, Sitio Militar, Brgy Bahay Toro, Quezon City, was arrested by virtue of a Warrant of Arrest issued by Hon Presiding Judge Rosita Lalwani of Branch 28, RTC, 5th Judicial Region, Naga City, Camarines Sur.

Follow up operatives of Project 6 Police Station 15 led by PLT ROBERTO RAMIREZ and PSSg Ramoncito Ty under the supervision of PLTCOL RICHARD E MEPANIA, Station Commander, effected the arrest of the suspect after conducting operational research and validating the information they received from various sources regarding the presence of the subject in the area of Bahay Toro, Qiezon City.

The court of origin of the Warrant will be notified regarding the arrest of the wanted person. On the other hand, PBGEN REDRICO A MARANAN, the District Director, QCPD lauded the operatives for continuing to pursue law enforcement operations to ensure that wanted persons are put behind bars.

“We will put greater focus in arresting these wanted persons and we will make sure that they will be held accountable for the charges filed against them,” PBGEN Maranan said.
