Susunod ang Kamara sa anumang magiging polisiya ni Pangulong Ferdinand Marcos Jr. kaugnay sa imbestigasyon ng International Criminal Court o ICC sa war on drugs. Ito ang iginiit ni Speaker Ferdinand Martin Romualdez kasunod ng pahayag ni Pangulong Marcos na pinag-aaralan na ng gobyerno kung babalik ang Pilipinas sa ICC.
