Marcos: PH return to ICC under study | ANC

Dateline Philippines: Back in August 2022, President Marcos categorically ruled out the possibility of the Philippines rejoining the International Criminal Court. But in an ambush interview just this morning, he said the government is studying the return of the Philippines to the ICC.
