Senator Robin Padilla has filed a resolution declaring an unequivocal defense of former President Rodrigo Duterte against the International Criminal Court’s probe against the former administration’s war on drugs.
The resolution said the former chief executive’s relentless campaign against illegal drugs and insurgency, among others, has ushered “unremarkable accomplishments” and that the country’s peace and order situation “considerably improved”.
