Social media users accused presenter Bill Maher of giving Netanyahu ‘free airtime’ after failing to ask him about his corruption charges, opting instead to ask him if his country ‘will retaliate’ against Kanye West following his antisemitic remarks.
Netanyahu, Israel’s longest-serving premier, is currently on trial over corruption charges that he denies.
