Drilon: Duterte can choose to not recognize ICC probe, but it won’t stop ICC from investigating |ANC

Headstart: Philippine Senator Franklin Drilon believes President Duterte’s legal counsel and advisers are at crossroads on how to deal with a probe by the International Criminal Court into the current administration’s drug war. Drilon says that while avoiding an ICC probe is within the president’s prerogative, it won’t stop the ICC from investigating.
