The War in Yemen: Houthi rebels start withdrawing from Hudaida

Houthi rebels in Yemen have begun recalling their fighters from the port city of Hudaida. It comes five months after a UN-backed agreement was reached. The deal also requires that Saudi-backed government forces leave the area. But they’ve yet to announce a withdrawal. Reagan Des Vignes reports.
