Muling sinabi ni dating Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte na hindi niya kinikilala ang kapangyarihan ng International Criminal Court sa Pilipinas.

Kaugnay ito ng ginagawang imbestigasyon ng ICC sa umano’y extrajudicial killings sa pagpapatupad ng war on drugs ng kanyang administrasyon.
