“90 Day Fiancé” star Big Ed has called off his 24-hour engagement to Porscha Raemond, just a week after proposing. He shared the news on Instagram, emphasizing what he did was “impulsive.”
“Love is a crazy thing. I did something that was impulsive. I asked this girl to marry me, and after considering, it’s too soon and it’s not really what I want,” he expressed.
Big Ed then said upon talking to his family, he realized that he didn’t want to get married and preferred to be single for a while.
“After talking to my family, I realized that I don’t wanna get married. I wanna be single. So I wish her, Porscha, the best in life.”
Big Ed recently proposed to Porscha with a paperclip ring 24 hours after they met at a fan event in Florida. According to TMZ, he described that moment as “love at first bite,” which he now calls a “whirlwind.”
Before appearing on “90 Day Fiancé,” Big Ed was married to Sandra Heckman. They divorced in 1992 due to his infidelity. He previously got engaged to a Filipina single mom Rose Vega and TV personality Liz Woods.
