Carlos Yulo holds a resolution by the City Council of Manila declaring August 4 as “Araw ni Carlos Yulo” during a ceremony on Monday at the Manila City Hall where the champion gymnast at the Paris 2024 Olympics also received a P2 million incentive from the local government unit.
