An individual who said they witnessed the live-selling of sex videos made in the Porac, Pampanga POGO hub can establish a link between supposed POGO big boss Lin Xunhan and dismissed Bamban, Tarlac mayor Alice Guo, the Presidential Anti-Organized Crime Commission (PAOCC) said.
In Darlene Cay’s 24 Oras Weekend report, the witness became emotional while sharing what they observed.
“Naalala ko lang po lahat. Kasi isa po talaga ako mismo nung sa nakakita. Naiiyak ako,” the witness said.
“Nagkaroon na po doon kasi ng live-selling video. Bine-video po niya para yun po ang pinapa-bidding po nila doon sa mga foreign, sa mga iba-ibang country po,” they added.
(I remember everything because I am one of those who witnessed it. It made me emotional. There was a live-selling video. The video was used for the bidding of foreigners from different countries.)
According to the Presidential Anti-Organized Crime Commission (PAOCC), the witness will prove the connection between Guo and Lin.
Lin Xunhan, also known as Lyu Dong or Boss Boga, is the so-called godfather or “Boss of all bosses” of the POGOs, who started his operations in the Philippines.
Meanwhile, said the PAOCC, Guo is “Madam Hua,” reporting to Lin Xunhan.
“Nag-aabot po si Boss Boga ng pera kay Madam Hua. And pag kasi may pinakapondo po sila sa may money po nila,” the witness said.
(Boss Boga is giving money to Madam Hua. They have their funds, their money.)
“Important yung statement niya tsaka yung knowledge niya about the operation,” PAOCC executive director Gilbert Cruz said.
(The witness’ statement is important and his knowledge about the operation.)
Lin Xunhan was arrested last Thursday under a mission order from the Bureau of Immigration.
He is among the alleged 12 Chinese officers of illegal POGO operations.
“Chine-check din natin yung background nung 12 na yun baka may kaso sila sa China. Ang nakikita namin, mga nasa managerial side na sila. Parang isang grupo sila eh. Magkakabarkada na sila nitong si Lyu Dong,” Cruz said.
(We are also checking the background of the 12 Chinese citizens since they may also have charges in China. What we’re seeing here is that they are on the managerial side. They are probably in one group, friends of Lyu Dong.)
Authorities are working on the deportation proceedings of the 12 Chinese citizens as they are deemed undesirable aliens.
Lin Xunhan said his business is a restaurant.
“He saw the news that the Philippines is dangerous so he hired bodyguards to protect his family,” Lin Xunhan’s interpreter said.
Senate Committee on Women, Children, Family Relations and Gender Equality chairman Senator Risa Hontiveros said Lin Xunhan’s connection with the scam hub in the country has already been established, but it is certain that he is in cohorts with a government official.
The Senate Committee will invite Lin Xunhan to the last hearing on illegal POGOs in the country.
