3,500 magsasaka sa Tarlac, pinagkalooban ng certificate of condonation ng pamahalaan

Ngayong Lunes, Sept. 30, ay tumanggap ang mga naturang magsasaka ng Certificates of Condonation mula sa pamahalaan na pinangunahan ni Pangulong Ferdinand Marcos Jr.
