MANILA Police District (MPD) operatives nabbed a 72-year-old man who molested a ten-year -old girl three times, during an operation conducted at 87 Creekside Pascor Drive, Brgy. Santo Niño, Paranaque City.
The suspect, identified as Danilo dela Cruz, was nabbed on the strength of an arrest warrant issued by Manila RTC Presiding Judge Roy Gironela of Branch 43, in connection with the three counts of acts of lasciviousness in relation to RA 7610 he is facing in the said court.
The suspect was nabbed by a police team led by PLTCol. John Guiagi, chief of the District Police Intelligence Operation Unit (DPIOU).
Guiagi said the court recommended a bail of P108,000 for the said three counts of acts of lasciviousness filed by the victim against the suspect in 2024.
The victim said that the suspect repeatedly mashed her breasts and touched her private part at every opportunity.
